Vishnu rubbish affair rumours with hansika!

Gossipmongers have been at buzz that Vishnu Manchu and Hansika Motwani, who are acting in a forthcoming Telugu film, are getting closer with every passing day. Vishnu and Hansika are paired up for the first time for a comedy film directed by Nageswara Reddy and sources at the sets say that they got along like a house on fire. It was said the actors are spending a lot of time together after leisure time, which paved way for the rumours on their alleged affair.
Being his home production, the actor pampered his “new” friend and they were seen taking long strolls in the evenings. Must have been some long walks as Hansika shed seven kgs during the shooting.
“He took special interest and served her boiled vegetables and she reduced a couple of kilos during shooting. Both were seen chatting for hours together and also shared lunch at times. Their cosiness was obvious and they were pulling each other’s legs and had loads of fun,” says a crew member, who adds that their bonds strengthened during their shoot at Ramoji Film City.
“In fact, Vishnu personally made all arrangements for Hansika’s visit to Srisailam temple after coming to know about some problems in her astrological chart,” the source adds.
Vishnu Manchu, however, strongly denies the rumours and says that he did not arrange any trip.
“It’s the most absurd and stupid rumour I have come across in my nine-year-old film career and I condemn it. She is a sweet girl and a good co-star and I have known her since the Desamuduru days when she was 16 and I still treat her like a kid,” he points out.
Hansika, meanwhile, says that someone is trying to malign her image.
“After linking me with Prabhu Deva, whom I treat like a brother, now another rumour is doing the rounds regarding Vishnu, who is like a family friend. I have been in touch with Vishnu’s wife and adore their twins. He is truly a family man and a gentleman. Somebody is trying to malign my image but nothing will affect me since I have always maintained professional relationships with my co-stars. Of course, we pulled each other’s legs and shared jokes but that doesn’t mean that we are having an affair,” she says.
