His Telugu is fluent and he stuns you with some terminology. We are talking about Puri Jaganath's Son Akash. Son of director Puri Jagannnath, Aakash was spotted by cinematographer and director P.G. Vinda during the making of Chiruta who then resolved to have him as the lead character of his dream project Lotus Pond.
Akash is familiar face to Tollywood with Prakash Raj's Dhoni.His performance was critically acclaimed in the movie and many critics showered their praises for the commendable job from this child prodigy. Starting from Chirutha, Bujjigaadu, Ek Niranjan to recent Businessman, he played hero's childhood character.Speaking to media, once Puri said, "He has that passion growing in him since many years.He thinks movies are life for him.He greets every director with utmost care to fall in their good books(chuckles).Dhoni has showcased him in a proper way and future should fall in place for him.". Even his children special movie 'Lotus pond' was screened at International children film festival recently.
It is already known that Puri Jagannad's son Akash will be seen as Jr Gabbar Singh(i.e he will be seen as child artist ). Now with growing films in his basket, he thinks that his studies are at big risk. He announced that after Gabbar Singh, he will take a break from the movies."Gabbar Singh will be my last film for now and I’ll make my debut as a hero in my father’s direction," says the confident kid.
