Story:
Karthik (Rahul Ravindran), a Techie, agrees to marry his Grandfather's Close Friend's Daughter Divya (Khushi) only to fulfill the last wish of the ailing senior citizen. He reaches Divya's Village along with his close buddies Keerthan (Vennela Kishore) and Kalyan (Shani). Here, He happens to meet Sruthi (Heebah Patesl). The twists & turns in his life after this meeting forms the rest of the story.
Artists Performance:
Rahul Ravindran: This Charming Guy made his debut with 'Andala Rakshasi' and he has been in search of success ever since then. It is only with 'Ala Ela' he managed to score his first hit. In the film, He looks very handsome and his comic timing is exceptional.
Vennela Kishore is hilarious and Shani is funny. As female leads, Heebah Patesl and Kushi are just about okay. Rest of the cast including Krishna Bhagwan and Kondavalasa played their parts very well.

Analysis:
'Ala Ela' looks fresh in terms of presentation and surely deserves a watch. Aneesh Krishna who penned the script and directed the flick have created a good impression. The humour in the film makes the audience have a hearty laugh, especially the last 15 minutes were hilarious.
Peppy Music by Bheems is pleasant to ears. Cinematography is colorful. Dialogues are hilarious and will connect well with present day Youth. Editing is neat. Production Values of Ashoka Creations are appreciable.
Box Office: 'Ala Ela' has got the potential to become a successful film. Good Word-Of-Mouth and Aggressive Publicity will be the key though. While Dil Raju acquired Distribution rights for Nizam, UV Creations bagged Vizag and Guntur territories. That's a sign of a decent product! Screen Count is expected to increase in the next few days to cope with the demand.

small movie attracts this friday
Even this Friday six films released of which only yamaleea-2 and Rough attracted everyone's attention. Along with it Andala Rakshasi fame Rahul Ravindran, Vennela Kishore's Ala Ela released but before and on the day of release no one bothered about the film.
However now only this unknown film is providing full entertainment to movie lovers. While Rough and yamaleea-2 bombed at the box office, Ala Ela it's getting good reviews.
Debutante director Anish Krishna turned it into hilarious entertainer with creative screenplay and direction. Vennela Kishore's comedy is the highlight. Though the film is a bit slow in pace according to viewers, compared to the Yamaleea-2 and Rough, it is far better. Though collections are less on the first day, collections increased on the second day. Number theatres may also increase soon.
Tollywood In Shocking Transition Stage
The Telugu film industry is going through a very shocking transition right now. The situation is such that Filmmaking budgets have fallen down alarmingly. TV channels have stopped buying the satellite rights for films. Even the audience collection is ruled out because they are coming only for big star movies to theatres. However, moviemaking will not stop so the transition is happening.
A most cost effective method of filmmaking will happen. A film can be made with Rs 40 lakhs- Rs 50 lakhs budget as the maximum but that requires great experience and skills. Since not all can do that a minimum of Rs 1 cr is required. If film is good then it will be on plus side and get profits. If not then around Rs 50 lakhs is gone.
Given this situation, remuneration for technicians is also tough. Once, cinema industry was considered to be a money making stream but not anymore. Currently, NTR is busy shooting for his new film there under the direction of Puri Jagannadh. Whether Krishna Vamsi went to have a good time or narrate a story is yet to be known. Yama Leela 2 Movie Review
Veteran director SV Krishna Reddy is back with Yamaleela 2 after a brief hiatus. Mohan Babu played the role of Yama in this film and KV Satish made debut as an actor.
What is it about?
Krish (KV Satish) is on a mission to find cure for leukemia. A pharmaceutical company owner (Ashish Vidhyardhi) tries to steal the formula from Krish. He even plans to kill Krish to stop him from finding the cure. Meanwhile Krish gets to know about his future through Bhavishya Vaani, a book that decides the fate of every human being. Krish hides the book from Yama to save himself until he is successful with his mission. Now Yama and Chitragupta (Mohanbabu and Brahmanandam) are after him to find Bhavishya Vaani.
Performances:
KV Satish is a bit wooden in few scenes. He needs to work on his expressions and diction. Diya is a pretty face, but could hardly emote. Mohan Babu is very good in the role of Yama. His powerful screen presence and superb dialogue delivery stands out. Brahmanandam tries his best on the comedy front. Kota Srinivasa Rao is alright. Tagubothu Ramesh comedy didn't click. Sayaji Shinde and the Gabbar Singh gang managed to entertain during the climax. Nisha Kothari did a cameo.
On the Technical Front:
SV Krishna Reddy's script let him down. Story and Screenplay of Yamaleela 2 are pretty poor and nobody can do anything better than this with such script on hands. However, Krishna Reddy has to blame himself for this as he wrote the story and screenplay. He showed glimpses of his past glory in the musical department though. Dialogues are ordinary. Cinematography is decent. Editing is better in second half compared to the first half. Producer spent a bomb on this film. Yamaleela 2 is shot in various picturesque locations. Visuals are one of the best things about this film.
Analysis:
People expect Yamaleela 2 to be as good as its predecessor. But unfortunately it isn't half good as the original. Krishna Reddy was at his best when he made Yamaleela and this sequel is clear indication of his poor form. He couldn't get anything right about the script. Despite having all the commercial elements in the movie, nothing appeals or stands out.
Even Mohan Babu's dynamic screen presence couldn't help this film. Krishna Reddy made conscious efforts to please the audience with comedy. All the scenes are poorly written that they failed to get the expected result. Sentiment scenes too didn't work out due to flat narration. Characters aren't developed enough to sympathize with them.
If you are expecting something close to Yamaleela, this will let down big time on every front. This film is made on high budget compared to the original and that is not going to be a plus point for it at the box office. Yamaleela 2 is low on entertainment and the narration is stuck in eighties. It will have to rely on the brand value of the original and certainly needs some Godly 'Leela' to stay afloat and swim across to a safe zone.

Australian Cricketer Hughes Died In Coma
Australian Cricketer Phillip Hughes who was hit by a bouncer passed away at St.Vincent's Hospital in Sydney. Hughes fought valiantly for two days after being hit by a bouncer and couple of minutes back he was breathing with the assistance of medical technology.
25 year old Hughes was carried off Sydney Cricket Ground on a stretcher after he collapsed while trying to pull a bouncer. Hughes had mouth-to-mouth resuscitation and CPR before admitted in the hospital. He was placed in an induced coma.
Dr.Brukner informed that Hughes passed away as he never gained consciousness after the injury. He said Hughes was not in pain and his family and close friends were by his side. Phil Hughes played 26 tests after making his test debut against South Africa at the age of 20 in 2009 and became the youngest batsman to score two centuries in a test in his second test. Condolences started pouring in from cricket fraternity.

What's more heart-wrenching is that Phillip has breathed his last just three days ahead of his 26th birthday. 25-yr-old Phillip was going to turn a year older on November 30. In between, destiny claimed his life in an unexpected way.

In fact, he compared the three high adrenaline action-bound dramas that are directed by Puri Jagan. Maybe he might have addressed the movie as "Tarak's Temper", but reality is that he is talking about three Puri's movies.

As expected, the film is all about a romantic and funny guy Nitin trying to woo beautiful Mishti. Famous for his terrific soulful montages, Karunakaran carved extremely funny scenes between the lead pair. As he get flattered by his dream girl, Nitin uses all tricks under the sleeve to blow her heart away. Finally it seems like she falls for him in this beautiful love story but not without a twist. Trailer looks coloruful, bubbly and vivacious as cinematographer Andrew made the canvas more dreamy by transferring the Love Story master's vision. Anup Rubens scored fantastic music yet again.

Shweta Basu Bags An Exciting Role
National award winning filmmaker Hansal Mehta has promised that he will cast Shweta Basu Prasad in one of his projects. Now, he offered a good role to Shweta Basu in his upcoming documentary film. Shweta was arrested in September for her alleged involvement in prostitution. Later on, she was sent to a rehabilitation centre. She was released recently and Shweta is back to her home in Mumbai. Speaking about the offer, Shweta said, “Mr.Mehta spoke to me and he explained to me about the role. I’m excited to be a part of this project”. Earlier, Shweta stated that she wouldn’t accept the roles if any filmmaker offer them to her out of sympathy. This ‘Kotha Bangaru Lokam’ actress is taking her time to comeback strong.
