We have four big releases waiting to entertain Tollywood audiences in this summer. In the order of their expected release dates, they are, Ram Charan’s ‘Racha’, Rajamouli’s ‘Eega’, Junior NTR’s ‘Dammu’ and Pawan Kalyan’s ‘Gabbar Singh’.
All these four films carried a great talk while they were in production. But when they started approaching their production deadlines, the inside talks have changed. As per our sources, the ‘Wow’ factor is missing from all these movies. As Mahesh Babu is running towards catching the Number One position and at the moment when someone has to score a big hit challenging his position, these four films seem not to have the enough potential to make the equations change.
Ram Charan’s ‘Racha’ has a mixed talk at the moment. Some of the unit members have complete confidence on the movie while some others opined that the movie is going to fail due to the familiar story and the poor screenplay and narration.
In case of Gabbar Singh, the movie’s shoot started with a positive talk, but at the time of its post production, the movie ended up with an average talk. There is no doubt that this movie is better than the recent flop movies of Pawan Kalyan, but there is nothing great to mention about this movie. This movie will definitely help Pawan Kalyan to get back into the track but it may not help more than that.
Rajamouli’s ‘Eega’ always had a positive talk due to enormous craze of the director Rajamouli, but after most of the post production is done, the movie ended up having just average to above average talk in the film nagar circles. It looks like, Rajamouli’s equations and considerations are going to change after the release of this movie.
The makers of Junior NTR’ ‘Dammu’ tried their best to hide the details about their movie as much as possible, but the pre release talk has already been spread that the movie is good enough to become a hit but not good enough to become a blockbuster. Junior NTR has tried his best in dances and fights, but his inconsistent look and the heroines are the main drawbacks of the movie.
Looking at all these pre-release talks, it looks like no movie is going to get a blockbuster result. But we still have to wait and see if our assumption goes wrong.
